Our Approach:

  • Work one on one with the responsible individual to identify a list of accounts and sub-accounts.
  • Customer sends or provides opportunity once a week to update financial entries (sales, A/R, A/P, deposits, payments, payroll, etc.).
  • Statements are produced monthly for A/R for the client to mail to customer
  • Payroll can be organized according to a biweekly or semi-monthly schedule.
  • Monthly, quarterly and/or Profit and Loss reports are produced.
